Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before downloading or using the PDF Converter mobile application ("App") operated by us. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your Apple iOS devices strictly in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

2. Freemium Tier and PRO Subscriptions

PDF Converter offers both a free version with limited usage and paid PRO membership tiers (Monthly Subscription, Annual Subscription, and Lifetime One-Time Purchase).

• Free Tier: Users are allotted a limited number of free conversion credits (e.g., 3 conversions) to test the application's capabilities.
• PRO Unlimited: Upgrading to PRO unlocks unlimited conversions, encrypted PDF processing, maximum DPI rendering, and removes all restrictions.

3. Billing, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
• Management & Cancellation: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple Account Settings on your device after purchase.
• Lifetime Purchase: The "Lifetime" plan is a one-time upfront payment that grants permanent access to all current and future PRO features without recurring charges.

4. Refunds

All payments and subscriptions are handled directly by Apple. We do not have the ability to process refunds or override Apple's billing policies. To request a refund, please visit Apple's official support portal at: https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

• The App, including its original code, design, graphics, and minimalist interface, is owned by us and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, or create derivative works of the App.
• You are solely responsible for the legality and copyright compliance of the documents, images, and PDFs you process using our offline tools.
