Yusuf Borucu ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Number Rush mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
Number Rush is designed to respect your privacy. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email, or phone number.
All your gameplay data, including your best scores and game history, is stored locally on your device via UserDefaults. We do not have access to this data.
Our application offers an optional In-App Purchase (Number Rush Pro) to remove daily play limits. For the purpose of processing and validating these transactions, we use RevenueCat as a secure third-party billing platform. RevenueCat collects anonymous transaction data (such as anonymous App Store receipt validation, purchase history, and device identifiers) to securely manage your purchase across your devices. RevenueCat does not collect your name or associated financial details.

We have removed all third-party advertising SDKs from Number Rush. The app does not track you across other apps and websites, and we do not use your data for advertising purposes. There is no App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt because we do not engage in targeted advertising.
The security of your data is important to us. Because we do not store your data on external servers, the security of your game progress is reliant on Apple's device encryption.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. Number Rush is a safe application suitable for all ages.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
